1. Voluntary role
Founding Member is a voluntary community role. It is not an offer of employment, a contractor engagement, partnership, agency or other paid working arrangement with AUNZ MICE Club, Hapori, or any associated organisation.

2. No remuneration
Founding Members are not entitled to salary, wages, fees, commissions, allowances, benefits or any other form of remuneration for their time, contribution or participation. Any expense reimbursement must be approved by AUNZ MICE Club in writing before it is incurred.
3. Choice and flexibility
Participation is optional. Founding Members are not required to work set hours, attend every event or meeting, or perform services on behalf of AUNZ MICE Club. Either you or AUNZ MICE Club may end the Founding Member relationship at any time.
4. Founding Member Meetings
Founding Members are invited to join Founding Member Meetings every two months to connect, share ideas and help shape their local chapter. Attendance is encouraged, but not compulsory.
5. Membership during the founding phase
AUNZ MICE Club membership is included as part of the Founding Member role throughout the founding phase. This does not create a right to payment, employment benefits or any ongoing entitlement beyond the terms communicated by AUNZ MICE Club.
6. Community conduct
Founding Members agree to contribute respectfully, act in good faith and support a safe, inclusive and professional community. AUNZ MICE Club may withdraw Founding Member status where participation is inconsistent with these principles.
7. Your acknowledgement
By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
